No tool delivers added value if it is not used. It is our aim to deliver the greatest possible benefit for our customers. That's why we do our utmost to ensure a smooth introduction and acceptance on the customer side right from the start of the collaboration. The entire implementation and deployment process is managed by the ivoflow team - so there is minimal strain on your resources.

Technical Deployment

After a dedicated kick-off workshop with your project team, we take over the interface connection via SAP-certified middleware providers. In addition to SAP, we can also connect other ERPs such as ProAlpha, Oracle, Infor or JD Edwards. Your data can either be hosted onpremise on your own customer server or hosted by ivoflow on a Microsoft Azure Cloud environment in Northern Europe.

Data Integration

In addition to your ERP data, we enrich the software with external market data (input material prices, customs duties, logistics costs, etc.). Previous customer projects have shown that our customers want to establish the ivoflow software as a single source of truth in purchasing. This is why information and data from your Procurement Suite and various other applications can also be integrated into the software.

Hosting

We offer two options for using our cloud platform, which is based on Microsoft Azure: You can either choose a shared environment in which resources are shared between different customers. Each customer is separate in terms of data. Alternatively, we offer an isolated infrastructure for each customer, in which separate resources are provided that are isolated from other Azure subscriptions.

Our tool was developed by buyers for buyers. We therefore attach great importance to ensuring that the tool is as close as possible to the customer's reality and is tailored to their individual requirements. As part of various spend validation sessions, we check all data for validity, ensure the correct parameterization of all cost-saving tools and take over the connection of desired market data.

People Deployment

Make the people work with the tool

In order to get the users on board with the project right from the start, we conduct thorough training sessions with our Customer Success Team after go-live, in which your users are trained. Comprehensive In-App user guiding is used to familiarize users with the software and guide them step by step through the modules. On request, our Customer Success Team will be available to answer your questions at regular intervals and take requests for optimizing the tool.
